Product Management Senior Analyst

Brief Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Senior Analyst to join our team, focusing on switchgear product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical specifications, preparing cost estimates, and developing competitive bid proposals for electrical switchgear projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer specifications, drawings, and tender documents to develop accurate cost estimates 
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for switchgear projects 
• Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs for switchgear manufacturing and installation 
• Coordinate with various departments (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure accurate pricing 
• Review and evaluate vendor quotes for components and materials 
• Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies 
• Maintain and update estimation database and pricing tools 
• Support sales team in technical discussions with customers 
• Participate in bid review meetings and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 
• 10+ years of experience in switchgear industry or similar electrical equipment 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear components, and industry standards 
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite 
• Experience with electrical design tools and CAD software 
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
