Product Manager Switchgear

Brief Job Description:
Product Manager to lead switchgear product line, driving product strategy, development, and market growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in electrical systems with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy for medium and low voltage switchgear portfolio
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities 
• Lead new product development initiatives from conception to launch 
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure product success 
• Create product roadmaps and maintain product lifecycle management 
• Develop pricing strategies and maintain profit margins 
• Provide technical support and training to sales teams and customers 
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements
• Align with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for Switchgear product line.

Qualificationsrequired/ Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 
• 10+ years experience in switchgear industry or related electrical equipment 
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear technologies 
• Proven track record in product management 
• Experience with product lifecycle management 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
• Project management experience

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA 
• Professional certifications (PE, PMP) 
• Experience with switchgear solutions 
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
