Lead Assistant Manager

Job Description Position Title, Responsibility Level Lead Quality Analyst , B2 Employment Type Permanent /Contractual Location: Chennai Essential Functions 6 to 8 years of experience in testing Enterprise Web applications. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse/ ETL testing. Minimum 2 years of SQL experience & database testing - writing and executing complex SQL queries for testing. Strong expertise in Test Automation using Selenium or Playwright.  Analyze and report on complex data; both source and target systems to identify potential gaps in mapping documentation. Use analytical and problem-solving skills to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues through use of all needed testing. Report testing outcomes to all stakeholders. Co-ordinate with development & business teams to ensure the smooth execution of the project. Good understanding of functional & non-functional tests and can define test plans specific to the project needs. Should have experience in writing test scenarios, test cases and prepare required data for testing Good understanding of Data warehouse and ETL concepts and is able to define test plan specific to the project needs. Possess good knowledge of the different SDLC & STLC processes. Experience in Performance/Load testing. Primary Internal Interactions Co-testers & developers within the Vantage team Interactions with QA Manager to develop test strategies and determine additional test scenarios Review with the QA Manager, Overall Product Manager & AVP for Defect RCA & improvements in the testing process Assessment meeting with VP & above for additional product development features. Primary External Interactions Communicate with onshore stakeholder for status updates & testing discussions if required Help the Product Management Group understand the testing process & strategies used Client Interactions to better understands expectations Skills Technical Skills Required Skills: Software testing (Manual/Automation), Business design /System testing, Defect Root Cause Analysis                Test Strategy & Scenario Testing Documentation                Experience on SQL, SSRS & SSIS for database testing               JAVA for Automation Scripting Tools:  Automation Tools namely SELENIUM & Cucumber Defect Management Software namely HPSM, JIRA, Fogbugz & BugZilla, Jmeter Servers Knowledge:  Skills Nice to Have:  Agile Lifecycle Experience                 US Healthcare Knowledge                    Certifications in Testing Process Specific Skills Delivery Domain –  Product Testing – Including Functional, System, Integration and Regression Testing Business Domain -  US Healthcare Insurance & Payer Analytics                 Care Coordination & Care Optimization                  Population Health Analytics & Risk Management                  Member 360 View & Analytics                 Gaps & Compliance Measures Soft Skills Understanding of Healthcare business vertical and the business terms within Good analytical skills. Working Hours General Shift – 11 AM to 8 PM Will be required to extend as per project release needs Education Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably with an Engineering background.
