About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our Singapore office

  • Setup and maintain schedules for stand-ups, sprint plans, and milestone (mid-term & long term) 
  • Translate high-level directives into clear day-to-day tasks, ensuring alignment with project priorities and scope.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation strategies across the production pipeline to ensure consistent project delivery.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Manage the execution of daily production tasks, including scope maintenance (Master Features/Content Lists), sprint planning, backlog grooming, localization process, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure project tasks are progressing according to schedule and assist in re-scoping when delivery risks are identified.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, dependencies, and task ownership.
  • Champion consistent and structured workflows, promoting adherence to established pipelines and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to gather updates, resolve blockers, and communicate progress.
  • Review the preparation of project reports, meeting decks, and milestone reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with team leads from all disciplines to ensure clarity in expectations and priorities.
  • Support client interactions in coordination with the Lead Producer, including status calls, delivery reviews, and feedback tracking.
  • Provide mentorship and daily coordination to associate producers and producers, promoting knowledge sharing and accountability.
  • Support onboarding of new team members by ensuring access to necessary documentation, tools, and training.
  • Help foster a positive team culture by promoting transparency, teamwork, and timely recognition of team efforts.
  • Participate in post-mortems and retrospectives to gather and share learning for continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of assigned project segments or verticals, ensuring deliverables meet expectations for scope, timing, and quality.
  • Monitor and verify quality standards across deliverables in partnership with QA and team leads from all disciplines.
  • Assist in identifying scope changes or additional opportunities within ongoing projects and flag them to production leadership.
  • Uphold internal expectations for efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality across all assigned work.
  • Demonstrates a solid grasp of the gaming market and emerging trends; can identify key target audiences and apply market knowledge to support project goals.
  • Make informed decisions related to day-to-day production planning, task management, and scope clarity within assigned areas.
  • Escalate critical blockers or scope issues promptly to the Lead Producer or Associate Production Director.
  • Constantly building stakeholder trust through clear communication, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
  • Contribute ideas for improving team coordination, sprint velocity, and production tools/processes.
  • Possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Producer, managing large internal teams within the video game industry (Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, Audio Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Associate Producers etc.)
  • Good working knowledge of Video Games and an understanding of how game software is made
  • Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciate multicultural working environments
  • Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
  • Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
  • Strong project management capability
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for video games
  • Highly motivated and enterprising
  • Great communication skills
  • English proficiency preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel or Equivalent
