JEWELRY/ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST -Seasonal

Coordinate merchandise inventory and offerings online based on business needs. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service 
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store 
• Maintain supply stock 
• Review orders for fraudulent activity 
• Maintain customer special order programs 
• Maintain clean, organized distribution center 
• Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative 
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation 

Minimum

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2 years' experience in the jewelry industry; or combination of relevant education and experience 
• Minimum 18 years of age 
• Ability to pass drug test 
• Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis 
• Ability to travel independently on a regular basis 
• Maintain confidentiality 
• Accuracy/attention to detail 
• Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects 
• Familiarity with industry terms/processes 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access 
• Ability to continue education as necessary 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• 7,000 SPH ten-key 
• 60 WPM typing 
• Valid driver's license 

Desired

• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure 
• Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets
