Who We Are

Reach for Change is a global non-profit founded in Sweden. Our vision is a world where everyone can shape their own future. Since 2010, we have been working towards this vision, unleashing the power of social entrepreneurs. Change doesn’t happen on its own. It takes brave people on the ground, in their communities, tackling challenges where they matter the most. We believe that investing in those closest to the problem leads to more lasting change. And that is why we are here. We work hands-on, providing the tools, knowledge, and connections that help social entrepreneurs build sustainable ventures. By focusing on critical societal challenges like inequality, poverty, and climate change, we drive change for the most vulnerable groups across the globe. And alongside our partners, we push for policies and structures that allow innovative solutions to see the light of day.
