Marketing Project Manager @GO Health

We Are Looking

for a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and oversee marketing projects across several of our digital products at Go Health. You’ll act as the bridge between strategy and execution—ensuring that marketing initiatives run smoothly, deadlines are met, and resources are used efficiently. Your role will be to keep the team aligned, streamline processes, and ensure that every marketing project delivers measurable results.

Get Ready To

• Plan, coordinate, and track marketing initiatives across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
• Work closely with the CMO and key stakeholders to define priorities, allocate resources, and keep everyone focused on the right tasks
• Implement project management best practices, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes for smoother collaboration
• Monitor individual and team goals, create progress reports, and provide stakeholders with visibility on performance
• Gather insights and best practices from projects, and turn them into actionable recommendations for the wider marketing team

We Expect You To

• Have proven experience in project management within marketing, digital products, or agency environments
• Understand performance marketing fundamentals (you won’t be running campaigns, but should be able to coordinate specialists effectively)
• Be strongly proficient with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday, Google Sheets, or similar)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping deadlines, budgets, and priorities in balance
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for both specialists and executives
• Show attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in planning, tracking, and reporting

Salary

Gross salary range is 2780 - 3870 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
