Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- Experience with GenAI concepts (e.g., Large Language Models, Multi-Modal).

- Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines that process data from sources like codebases, docs, logs, test artifacts, manual test data, and bugs.
- Perform analysis on test execution data and bug reports to identify trends and patterns. Contribute to defining, calculating, and tracking key performance indicators for the AI testing system.
- Contribute to the back-end services that support data processing, storage, and retrieval for analysis and AI agent operation.
- Implement scripts and checks to help ensure the quality and reliability of data used for analysis and AI model training.
- Work with the team to understand requirements, implement features across the stack, and support the continuous improvement of AI agents and testing strategies, under the guidance of team members.
