Technical Lead

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and lead one of our largest corporate client projects. This role is fully focused on technical delivery, building robust, scalable systems, mentoring developers, and ensuring best engineering practices.

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Da Nang

🚀 Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for the banking domain.
• Provide architectural direction and oversee critical technical decisions to ensure system quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers through the full software development lifecycle, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Define and enforce engineering practices such as unit testing, code review, pair programming, and CI/CD.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure systems are designed with reliability, security, and scalability in mind.
• Ensure applications and infrastructure follow banking-grade security practices, staying updated with security vulnerabilities and implement timely patches and fixes.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

• Act as the main technical person for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders through transparency and reliability.

Requirements

Must Have

• At least 10 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering and proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in NodeJS, Python, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ReactJS or Angular for front-end development.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Architecture and Design for complex systems.
• Experience with one of the cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Azure is preferred.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to different stakeholders.
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice To Have

• Experience integrating or leveraging AI services/APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or similar) to enhance applications.
• Exposure to modern AI/ML development (e.g., LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, vector databases).
