What You’Ll Do:

• Help with the coordination of care for specialized programs such as Stem Cell Transplant and CART.
• Authorize drug refills and assist with prior authorizations.
• Assist with FMLA paperwork and follow up care tasks.
• Support NCS patients, making their experience as smooth as possible.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistants and Medical Assistants will be considered.
• Knowledge of EMR systems such as Cerner, Epic, and Onco.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail, be focused and organized, multi-task and keep a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
