HR Business Partner/Generalist

As an HRBP in Ipsos you would contribute to the team achievements by:

• Collaborating with leaders and managers to ensure employees are supported, engaged, and empowered to excel at all times
• Leading initiatives that reinforce our company culture and values, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision
• Leading employer branding initiatives, including managing our social media presence
• Developing and executing strategies, ensuring continuously improving employee experience in compliance with labor legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies 
• Developing and implementing employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
• Designing, implements, and evaluates training programs to improve employee skills and organizational performance
• Contributing to domestic and international HR projects, ensuring local practices align with global standards

If you find your next career step in the above and can bring to the team:

• Previous experience in HRBP or Generalist role preferably in international environment
• Proven experience advising leaders on organisational design, performance, talent, and culture in a scaling or multinational environment. 
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment law in relevant jurisdictions
• Passion for human resources and a drive to make a difference
• Excellent English language skills 
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or other HR technology platforms
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and various social media platforms
• Eagerness to contribute with your own ideas and drive their implementation
