We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to lead our hiring efforts across Malaysia and Singapore.

In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You’ll also play a key part in bulk hiring campaigns to support new club openings, seasonal demands, and organizational growth.

What You’Ll Do

• Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring
•  Lead the full recruitment cycle: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns for multiple roles across clubs, meeting manpower needs within deadlines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Onboarding & Compliance

Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience and smooth integration into the company.

Uphold compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.

Reporting & Administration

Keep recruitment records updated and deliver clear reports for management.

Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and suggest improvements.

• Represent Anytime Fitness at job fairs, networking events, and branding initiatives.
• Actively promote Anytime Fitness as the top employer of choice in the fitness industry.

What We’Re Looking For

Experience in recruitment, preferably with bulk or high-volume hiring.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
