• We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Host to join our vibrant team at a multi-franchise automotive pop-up experience in Tauranga.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the pop-up space
• Spark friendly conversations and build rapport with a wide range of visitors
• Help maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment
• Capture visitor interest and feedback to support follow-up and engagement
• Be a brand ambassador — enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and approachable at all times

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Love connecting with people and making them feel comfortable
• Bring a positive attitude and genuine energy to every interaction
• Are curious about new technologies and open to learning about multiple car brands
• Have previous customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience (a bonus, but not essential)
• Are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Are available on weekends from October 18th- Mid February -11am-4pm
