Role

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Heap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to drive product and business insights. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, track key performance metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape product decisions and business strategies. You will also design and maintain data visualizations and reports to support stakeholders across teams.  

Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.  
• Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.  
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics, trends, and insights for various stakeholders.  
• Work with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different   

• Systems And Platforms.

• Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all data operations.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or related role 
• Intermediate+ proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, transformations, aggregations, window functions) 
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Looker) 
• Knowledge of web event tracking concepts (Heap, Google Analytics) 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication skills in English (able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders) 
• Experience ensuring data quality and resolving inconsistencies 
• Comfortable working remotely with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently 

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience with dbt for data modeling 
• Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms or fintech domain 
• Exposure to Python or R for advanced analytics 
• Knowledge of data pipeline automation tools (Airbyte, Hightouch)
