We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Manager to lead our Service Provider net new partner acquisition efforts in Japan.

The successful candidate will manage a team of individual contributors responsible for recruiting new partners for Acronis, driving revenue growth, and meeting assigned sales targets. This role requires a proven sales leader with strong channel expertise, the ability to build scalable strategies, and the leadership skills to grow and develop high-performing teams.

What You'Ll Do

  • Own and deliver against the assigned sales targets by leading the partner acquisition strategy and driving execution across the Japanese market. 
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and accountability to consistently exceed goals. 
  • Develop the partner ecosystem in Japan by identifying, recruiting, and enabling new service providers that expand market reach and revenue. 
  • Translate go-to-market strategy into action, aligning with Marketing, Channel, Product, and Support to accelerate partner success. 
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, reporting, and operational discipline. 
  • Represent Acronis with partners and stakeholders in Japan, strengthening relationships and ensuring long-term growth. 
  • Foster a culture of performance and development, ensuring continuous improvement of both people and processes.

What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • At least 5 years of proven success in driving sales and business development, ideally in the cloud or SaaS industry. 
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and partner acquisition. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams, developing talent and creating a high-performance culture. 
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese cloud channel ecosystem, with the ability to build strategies that accelerate partner growth and revenue. 
  • Experience translating strategy into execution — turning business goals into measurable sales outcomes. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English, able to influence at executive and partner levels. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in driving operational excellence while working in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Resilient, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
