The Opportunity:
ISS is searching for reliable and motivated DIDO (Drive in / Drive Out) Housekeeping Staff to join our high-performing, fast-paced and diverse team in our Mining Villages in Central Queensland.

About The Role
Join our Housekeeping team and be the heartbeat of village life—creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces that make every resident feel at home.
In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver high-standard cleaning and presentation of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Manage and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies with care.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and staff.
- Uphold workplace health, safety, and hygiene best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to the ISS standard of excellence and commitment to outstanding customer service

What You'Ll Get:

To Be Considered, You Need:
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different tasks.
- Positive attitude towards working in a diverse environment.
- Able to work on long shifts.
- A team player
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in cleaning & housekeeping.
- Must have a reliable own car or means of transport (to and from site)
- Must pass a full Pre-Employment Medical Assessment and Drug & Alcohol Screen.
- Forklift Ticket (highly desirable)
- Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Certificate (highly regarded).
- Valid National Police Clearance within the last 12 months.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Based in Central Queensland or willing to relocate.
