Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering questions, providing product information, and recommending suitable wireless solutions based on individual needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments and device activations
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies to effectively educate customers
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked to create an inviting shopping environment
• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide expert guidance

Skills And Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Basic technical aptitude and interest in wireless technology
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements

Education And/ Or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary/ Benefits:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
