As the Head of Talent Acquisition, Greece and Cyprus you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and you will drive timely, high-quality hiring to support enterprise growth while cultivating strong partnerships with business and functional leaders,  HR Business Partners, and peers across the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE),  Talent Management COE, Total Reward COE, and regional HR partners.

In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and coaching.  Ensuring excellence in delivery of talent aligned to deliver business objectives.


The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible to shape and execute Brink’s Greece & Cyprus talent acquisition strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving initiatives that enhance employer branding and establishing Brinks as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment strategy and execution

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans for Brink’s Greece and Cyprus ensuring alignment with Headcount budget.
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to meet hiring targets in line with TA COE strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment operations across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with operations leaders, HR business partners, and hiring managers.
  • Play an active role in supporting iteration of recruitment best practice, projects, tools and tech and innovation, policies, labour market trends, and global TA programs including early career, etc. as they build out.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on recruitment performance and workforce trends.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertisement distribution, CV review and screening, candidate pre-selection, interviews, and decision-making.
  • Supervise and participate in the recruitment of operational, professional and knowledge worker and managerial roles.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work in close collaboration and partnership with HRBPs & Hiring managers for manpower planning, recruitment alignment, strategy development, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders such as government bodies or recruitment institutions.
  • Provide support to other countries in the Southern Europe & Oceanic regions.

Data Accountability & Performance Metrics

  • Act as a primary owner of the HRIS recruitment module, ensuring optimal configuration and usage to support end-to-end recruitment process
  • Continuously review and improve workflows to enhance and maximise use of the system and increase user experience, recruiter efficiency, candidate experience and manager satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations & HRIS teams to ensure security access and another technical requirement which may impact performance enablement.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of recruitment data in the HRIS.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies or gaps in collaboration with HR Operations and/or HRIS team
  • Analyse recruitment dashboards to monitor performance and/or any support required by the team.

Team Management

  • Lead your team to achieve results and get them to adhere to the common objectives.
  • Organize the work and responsibilities according to the roles and mission of each person and follow up on the work done.
  • Maintain a constant dialogue with the team and be a relevant source of information.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition strategy in a high volume environment – frontline focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A good understanding of the security industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools. Experience with Workday Recruiting will be an added value.
