As EVEREVE’s Senior Art Director, Photo, you will lead the creative vision, development, and execution of all brand photography across e-commerce, editorial, and campaign shoots. This role requires a balance of strategic concepting, hands-on art direction, and team leadership. With a refined aesthetic, strong understanding of fashion photography, and deep knowledge of digital and brand storytelling, you will deliver imagery that inspires, engages, and drives conversion.

In this role, you will serve as both a visionary leader and on-set director—defining the photography style, guiding shoots from concept through final edit, and ensuring every image reflects EVEREVE’s brand aesthetic. You will partner with the Creative Director, fellow Art Directors, Director of Photography and cross-functional teams across merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce to develop seasonal campaigns, deliver aspirational content, and maintain a consistent, elevated visual language. Your ability to stay ahead of cultural, fashion, and photography trends will keep the brand fresh, relevant, and aligned with our customer.

Location: Edina, MN Headquarters (This is NOT a remote option)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee art direction for all photo shoots, including e-commerce product photography, lifestyle/editorial, campaigns, and social-first content.
• Concept and pitch creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, on-figure shoots, still-life imagery, and branded content.
• Create and maintain comprehensive style guides for photography, ensuring visual consistency across channels and teams.
• Partner with merchandising, design, marketing, and creative teams to align visuals with brand identity and business goals.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, models, and production partners to deliver aspirational and on-brand imagery.
• Provide clear art direction during shoots, ensuring visuals are elevated and storytelling-driven.
• Stay ahead of photography, fashion, and cultural trends to bring innovative, fresh ideas to the brand.
• Mentor and manage photography team members, providing leadership, feedback, and inspiration.
• Partner with e-commerce and digital teams to ensure product photography supports conversion and enhances the customer journey.
• Review, edit, and approve final imagery for quality, storytelling, and alignment with brand strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in photo art direction, with a strong focus on fashion,   retail, or e-commerce.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing both e-commerce product photography and editorial and lifestyle storytelling.
• Lead the way with the studio team, setting standards and driving a culture   of creativity, efficiency, and excellence in execution.
• Manage and mentor the Art Director and provide leadership, feedback, and inspiration for the broader creative team
• In-depth knowledge of fashion photography, styling, lighting, and retouching processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of how photography impacts e-commerce conversion and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital asset management workflows.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Photography, Design, or related field preferred.
