What You’ll Do as a Nurse Practitioner

• Provide virtual family practice consultations — evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients across the U.S.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (including Medical Assistants and a Medical Director) to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.
• Keep up with evolving telehealth best practices and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in multiple states, required
• Family Practice or Primary Care experience, preferred
• Prior telehealth experience, a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR and telehealth platforms
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends with the ability to pick up additional shifts when desired
• Our primary coverage need is Saturday and Sunday evenings, 4:00pm–10:00pm. More hours are available, with flexibility to extend beyond the base schedule
• Typical weekend evening shifts average 12–16 visits.

What You’Ll Earn
