• Position: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Cincinnati Premier Living - Cincinnati, OH
• Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation
• Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses

Bring Your Skills

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• HVAC experience required
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
• Willingness to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, HVAC, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call
