About The Role:
Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a part time basis of 20 hours a month to start but this could increase.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital communication, proven experience managing multiple social media platforms, and a passion for creating engaging content tailored to the medical and aesthetic sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create original, engaging, and brand-aligned content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts) in line with the company’s tone of voice and industry standards.
- Edit and produce high-quality video and short-form content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar software.
- Design visual assets for digital campaigns using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Write clear, persuasive, and effective copy for captions, posts, and campaigns, with attention to medical and educational accuracy.
- Conduct keyword and trend research (SEO and social SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Plan and manage editorial calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, turning insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO specialists, graphic designers, videomakers, and project managers) to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and industry developments to keep Crisalix at the forefront of digital innovation.
Location: Italy
Contract type: Freelance (20 hours per month but may increase)

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong content creation and video editing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and medical communication.
- Good understanding of SEO and social SEO practices.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
- Creativity and ability to generate original ideas and innovative formats.
- Precision and attention to detail, essential in the medical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage last-minute requests and unexpected
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical/medical concepts into accessible content.
- Flexibility to adapt to different communication styles.
- Team spirit, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive mindset, suggesting strategies and formats without waiting for input.
We Also Value Very Positively:
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of photography and ability to manage shooting sessions.
- Familiarity with Spanish is a plus.
- Experience creating educational/informative formats to strengthen brand reputation.
- Awareness of international trends to bring innovation and fresh perspectives to content.
