Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.   
  
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.   
  
The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Deine Aufgabe

• Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including trademark protection and licensing.
• Assist in negotiations and drafting of commercial and licensing agreements with Formula One. 
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential new partners.
• Draft and negotiations of NDA’s and other agreements.
• Assist in corporate law matters, incl. in the preparation of board meetings and the drafting of circular resolutions.
• Support with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Advice on motorsports regulatory issues and compliance (FIA regulations).
• Provide legal support for event management and race operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at race events.
• Stay updated on sports law changes and provide guidance on their impact on team operations.
• Provide legal advice to various stakeholders.
• Maintain and update contract templates.
• Advise on data protection and privacy regulations.
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including commercial, IT, sponsorship abd licensing agreements

Dein Profil

• Law degree (lic. iur./Master) from a Swiss, German or English university and with Swiss, German or English bar admission
• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the field of contract and IP law, or the au-tomotive industry (preferably in a commercial department) or a law firm (preferably with a fo-cus on commercial).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
• Strong understanding of sports rights commercialization and sports events.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills (ability to autonomously draft complex contracts
