Validation-/ Qualification Engineer (m/f/d)

Using state-of-the-art technology and innovative design, we produce customized high-tech packaging machines and develop solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Your role in our interdisciplinary project teams is essential, as you will be responsible for the compliant validation and qualification of our machines and packaging processes throughout the entire project duration.

Your Role In Our Team

• Responsible for validation/qualification throughout the entire machine project
• Performing machine tests (IQ, OQ) based on test documentation
• Developing the quality and validation plan together with customers and project managers
• Preparing validation and qualification documentation
• Collaborating with the customer on machine acceptance during the execution of FAT/SAT

Your Profile

We are looking for a team player with high level of technical affinity, analytic skills and hands-on mentality. Furthermore, you are characterized by a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and commitment — and you’re equally comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.

• Completed technical apprenticeship
• Further technical education (HF/FH) in systems, mechanical, automation engineering, or comparable
• Preferably experience in validation/qualification, mechanical engineering or automation technology
• Experience with GMP/GAMP guidelines is an advantage
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, WHO, etc. guidelines is an advantage
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Word and Excel
• Experience with paperless validation software is an advantage
