Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support across multiple departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth office operations by managing communications, preparing professional correspondence, handling information requests, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing routine information or routing to the appropriate person.
  • Welcome and assist visitors while maintaining a professional environment.
  • Prepare correspondence and other written documents in professional business formats.
  • Support recordkeeping functions for inventory, financial records, and other company documentation.
  • Manage document filing and retrieval using both physical and digital systems.
  • Assist with daily office functions, including mail distribution and general administrative support.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies when sharing information.
  • Proofread documents for grammar and accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a warehouse setting where teamwork and efficiency are essential.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
