Supply Chain Coordinator Belux 

As a Supply Chain Expert, you are responsible for developing and executing demand and inventory plans that enable the organization in Belgium and Luxembourg (BELUX) to achieve its sales objectives. To achieve these goals, intensive collaboration with key stakeholders from the supply chain, sales, customer service, marketing, and regulatory departments is essential. Your commitment and expertise ensure that the requested products can be delivered on time.

You are part of the Supply Chain team of 2 people (workplace in Diegem) and are supervised by the Supply Chain Operations Lead for FR/ Benelux.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, monitor, and follow up on product demand for crop protection products and associated inventory KPI’s.
• Assess changes in order deliveries from supplying factories to guarantee timely delivery to customers. Check whether the reported forecast can be covered with the existing inventory level. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support the sales & operation planning process for the BELUX organization. Monitor forecast adjustments considering changes in demand, product availability, and/or delivered orders. Provide feedback on spot orders and check delivery possibilities.
• Build and maintain your network to communicate with Regional Supply Managers and supplying plants to guarantee the required inventory level based on current demand.
• Act as a contact person for product deliveries from external companies and Bayer Crop Science product buybacks between countries.
• Manage artwork/label process for selected portfolio of products with Marketing, Regulatory, sales and Artwork agencies.
• Responsible for the complaint management.
• Manage contacts with Customer Service for inventory monitoring and checks.
• Create and follow-up year PO for services (warehouse, transport, labels, …) in Smartbuy.
• Coordinate activities with Warehouse/Distribution Center and logistics partners. (TMS / Dandoy).

Who You Are

• Bachelor or master degree or equivalent by experience, preferably with focus on SCM or Logistics. A first relevant work experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of supply chain, logistics processes, supporting systems (SAP, Microsoft Office package) and tools
• Solution-oriented, effective communication style, proactive and eager to learn
• Customer-oriented, autonomous, priority setting and willing to do the extra mile
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
