About The Role
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of customer engagement initiatives across the entire user journey—from onboarding to retention, reactivation, and advocacy. You’ll design and optimize campaigns that drive meaningful interactions, deepen customer relationships, and maximize lifetime value.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data fluency, and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with product, data, design, and customer success teams to deliver personalized, timely, and impactful communications across email, push, in-app, and other owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Develop segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant messaging across multiple touchpoints.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) that drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to identify behavioral triggers and automate lifecycle flows.
- Analyze campaign performance, A/B test messaging and flows, and continuously iterate to improve conversion and retention metrics.
- Partner with content and design teams to craft compelling messaging and creative assets.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage patterns to identify opportunities for proactive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Advocate for a customer-first mindset across the organization.
- What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in a digital product or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that drive measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with personalization engines, predictive modeling, or agentic AI workflows.
