Description/Job Summary
Achieve sales and market share growth through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and support of Quantum/Pride Providers and Rehab Facilities within an assigned geographical area, while developing the territories within the Region
Responsibilities/Duties
- Perform as a Strong 2nd to the Regional Manager to strategize and develop the Region for continued advancement and growth while developing the Rehab Product Specialist (RPS) and Rehab Product Support Associate (RPSA) team members within the Region
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Clinical Development Leadership to identify areas of growth and advancement opportunities including clinical pull/facility-therapist relationships, provider development, product needs, and efficiencies
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Clinical Development Leadership to mentor Rehab Product Specialists within the region on all aspects of Quantum, Pride, and Stealth sales and operational development
- By applying strong leadership skills, mentor and train existing and new team members to maximize performance, communication, and overall job skills and responsibilities
- Achieve revenue goals and sales quotas throughout the region as well as within the territory directly assigned
- Manage business relationships through meetings, product education, and demo facilitation for Quantum and Pride providers and Rehab Facilities
- Work closely with Rehab Product Specialists within the territory to develop strong and supportive relationships with top Quantum Accounts and Rehab Facilities
- Work effectively with all Quantum/Pride departments to exceed sales goals expectations and ensure adequate Quantum saturation within all Rehab Facilities/Referral Sources
- Assist Quantum Leadership with new product ideas and competitive intel
- Develop strategic travel/call rotation within assigned geographical area to build and maintain relationships with Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities on a consistent basis
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must Have The Ability To:
- Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Work closely with Rehab Professionals and Clinicians on daily mobility assessments for rehab clients
- Demonstrate and troubleshoot product, and build strong relationships with Pride and Quantum Providers and Rehab Facilities
- Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs
- Travel overnight, drive extensively, and fulfill after-hours requirements, as necessary
Must Have:
- Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record of strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to train others utilizing advanced knowledge of all sales tools within the organization including but not limited to PQ365, Demo App/Tracker, ECON-i/w, Interactive Assist, Oracle Analytics, and CRT product offerings
- Intermediate Quantum, Stealth, Pride, and competitive product knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent web navigation skills
Preferred Skills
- Advanced working knowledge of seating, positioning and equipment considerations for the “common” diagnosis in the rehab community as it applies to Quantum/Pride products preferred
- Advanced working knowledge and understanding of clinical diagnoses terminology preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of the clinician’s role in equipment considerations, and the decision-making process in rehab facility systems preferred
Required Experience
•At least 5 years of successful employment experience as a Quantum Rehab Product Specialist in an established territory
Preferred Experience
•At least 7 years of business-to-business field sales or industry experience in a Rehabilitation and/or Clinical setting preferred
Required Education
- Associate Degree in a Health Care related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience
- Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification
Preferred Education
- Associate’s Degree, certification, and/or credentials in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred
- Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) Certification preferred
