We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Product Portfolio Governance & Reporting to oversee governance, reporting, and compliance for a capital investment portfolio exceeding $100M across five product lines. This role ensures that capital initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with SOX and internal control requirements. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to Product, Finance, Technology and Leadership, driving transparency, accountability, and performance discipline across the portfolio.

How We Work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location in Jacksonville.
The Impact You Will Have:
Portfolio Governance & Oversight
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor delivery of capital investments across multiple product lines.
- Ensure all initiatives are tracked against business cases, budget allocations, and approved timelines.
- Identify risks and issues early, driving mitigation strategies to maintain portfolio health.
Financial & SOX Compliance
- Oversee adherence to SOX controls, financial reporting requirements, and corporate audit standards.
- Ensure capital spend is appropriately approved, documented, and aligned with compliance obligations.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile actual vs. forecast spend, providing variance analysis and corrective action recommendations.
Performance Reporting
- Develop and deliver regular portfolio reports for Product and Executive Leadership.
- Prepare executive dashboards highlighting budget performance, milestone achievement, ROI projections, and compliance status.
- Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with consolidated portfolio insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the governance liaison between Product, Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams.
- Partner with product line leaders to enforce delivery discipline and ensure accountability to financial and operational commitments.
- Drive alignment on prioritization, resourcing, and capital allocation.
What We’Re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–8 years of experience in portfolio governance, program management, or financial oversight, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale capital portfolios ($50M+) with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex information to executive audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and ensuring accountability.
- Proficiency in portfolio management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Clarity, or similar).
