- Leads and directs the Engineering team in the delivery of assigned technology services
- Ensures all services are managed and delivered to meet agreed standards and requirements
- Develops partnerships with business staff and other solutions providers across the company so that projects and services are delivered in alignment to requirements
- Maintains good interactions with external service provider partners in delivery of solutions and services
- Ensures that in-scope solutions and services are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
- Ensures all assigned projects are managed to meet the identified business requirements and within budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Maintains knowledge of technologies and current/future industry trends associated with scope of responsibilities
- Oversees staff management, recruitment, training, and professional development
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA or related master’s degree (preferred).
- Extensive experience in technology development and management, with a strong track record of delivery
- Experience with Azure, Power Tools, AWS, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledgeable in AI/ LLM, ML, MCP
- Experienced in digital transformation
- Strong understanding of SLDC
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong background and knowledge of various technology systems and services
- Extensive experience in technology management and leadership roles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to influence and drive organizational change
