Creative Studio Operations Manager
Location: Surrey, UK (Hybrid working)

At Nteractive, we bring experiences to life. Whether it’s global events, internal communications, or transformative campaigns, we help some of the world’s biggest brands connect with their people in extraordinary ways. And none of that happens without the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

We are specialists in the technology sector. We create incredible live brand experiences – the sort that really make a difference. Experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more.

The Creative Studio Operations Manager leads the day-to-day running of Nteractive’s Creative Studio, ensuring it operates efficiently, profitably, and at scale. You’ll build and optimise workflows, manage financial health (P&L, budgeting, forecasting), and create scalable processes to support both ongoing client work and new business development.

This role is perfect for someone who loves building structure, aligning people and processes, and bringing clarity to a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be performance-driven, ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time, balancing operational discipline with the creative freedom that drives excellent client outcomes. As Creative Studio Operations Manager, you’ll oversee operations, financial health, and team performance to ensure the creative studio runs efficiently, profitably, and at scale. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage resources, and create scalable processes that support both ongoing client work and new business development.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Operational Leadership – Build, optimize, and manage end-to-end workflows that keep projects moving efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Use our project management, resourcing, and financial tools to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Continuously streamline processes, removing bottlenecks and creating scalable playbooks for repeatable success.
  • Balance speed with risk management, knowing when to move fast and when to protect quality and mitigate risk.
  • Design workflows that allow rapid response to new business opportunities while protecting ongoing client work.
  • Financial & Business Management – Own the Creative Studio’s P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
  • Build business cases for new hires and resourcing, ensuring ROI and profitability.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, offering visibility into current performance and future needs.
  • Team Leadership & Culture – Mentor, coach, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Build and maintain a network of reliable freelancers and external partners to flex capacity as needed.
  • Ensure the studio environment — virtual and in-person — encourages collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Client & Stakeholder Experience – Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, partnering with account teams to understand client priorities and allocate creative resources accordingly.
  • Model a five-star, client-first experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and service excellence.
We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented operations leader who can balance creativity with discipline and deliver results.

You should have:
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, or creative production leadership (agency or in-house a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience running a creative studio, design team, or production operation — or transferable experience leading a service-oriented operations function.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and resource planning.
  • Expertise in process development, workflow optimisation, and project management tools/systems.
  • Expert knowledge of resource management and IR35 tools as well as a strong understanding of the timesheet process and analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A performance-driven mindset: balancing speed, quality, and risk while fostering collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing with precision.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our Creative Studio operates, working with a hugely talented and collaborative team to ensure we build a robust and efficient studio and the team are freed up to create their best work.
You’ll enjoy:
  • A role where your work directly impacts the efficiency and scalability of our business.
  • A fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
  • A supportive team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and excellence.
 Benefits
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Summer Hours
  • Pension (5% employee, 3% employer)
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion Initiatives (including EAP access)
  • Enhanced Maternity Pay
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives
  • Volunteering Day
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme
  • Life Insurance
  • Birthday & eyecare vouchers

Other Requirements
  • Quiet home environment with minimum 25MB download / 2MB upload broadband speed.
  • Willingness and ability to work in our UK office in Surrey.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when required.
