At BlueHalo, an AV Company, our Systems Engineers don’t just respond to mission needs—they shape them. We’re looking for a seasoned engineer who can bridge high-level vision with execution, mentoring junior team members while leading technical planning and implementation from idea to deployment.

You Like To Do This:

• Lead technical planning, systems integration, and verification and validation
• Analyze requirements and translate them into system designs and interface specs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on architecture and deliverables
• Provide guidance on system-level trade-offs, risk mitigation, and technical feasibility
• Support rapid prototyping, documentation, and fielding of cutting-edge capabilities
• You are required to have this:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field + 18 years of experience
• (or Master’s + 15 years, or Associate’s + 20 years)
• Deep knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
• Strong background in system architecture, integration, and test planning
• Experience leading systems engineering activities on mission-focused programs
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Salary Range: $180,000 – $205,000

The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
