About The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiactic and meticulous individual to join our finance team as an Accounting & Reporting Jr Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial records reviewing the GL reconciliaiton for Taxes, Equity, Accruals and Prepaids, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to the efficient operation of our accounting processes. You will also be responsible to trigger and accomplish the SOX controls for the North America Region. You will leverage your expertise in various financial systems to support key functions, Bank reconciliations, GL Analysis and ensure to provide support for the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and closing activities during the month end, also you will be have an active participation to support special projects  and play a vital part in our compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Journal entries posting in SAP (Tax Reserve, Tax Transfers, Transits and dividends transfers)
• Bank Reconciliations review and open items follow-up
• Month-End Closing for low complexity entities
• Prepare Quarterly reports (CFN) for low complexity entities and annual reports such as BE-11 Form
• SOX Control documentation of testing
• Update & Follow up of Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC)
• CBS tickets validation vs SAP
• Gathering 10K & CFN information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in General Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of previous experience in accounting or finance 
• English: Strong Writing & Listening skills, capable to keep business dialogues
• Excel: Intermediate or Advanced desirable (Pivot tables, filters, slicers, data bases from txt to xls)
• SAP: FI Module or Reporting module as basic desirable

*This role is Temporary for 9 months*
