Job Summary:
The principal objective of this role is to coordinate all activities related to the investigation of consumer complaints, as well as the implementation of the Quality System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, COFEPRIS, Ksher). This position plays a key role in supporting a culture of quality and regulatory adherence across the organization.       Responsibilities:  
  • Establish and manage an administration system to control and monitor all consumer complaint information, including:
  • - Receipt of samples.
  • - Inspection of packaging materials.
  • - Assignment and follow-up of complaints.
  • - Conducting required analyses of physical samples.
  • - Preparing informative reports and trend analyses.
  • Train operational personnel by developing quality-related training modules to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Oversee the documentation system to maintain, control, and manage technical information and documents related to product quality integrity.
  • Participate in Annual Product Review activities.
  • Ensure that products exported to the U.S. are registered in NDC and FDA.
  • Monitor and follow up on change control compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with the product release process for North America, Euro-Asia, and LATAM regions.
  • Support GMP audits in the oral care area.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards, product recall and withdrawal procedures, and traceability requirements.
  • Perform any additional activities as required by production or management needs.
    Required Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related Chemical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proficiency in SAP platform.
  • Knowledge of quality systems.
  • Statistical analysis skills.
    Desired Qualifications:  
  • Experience in manufacturing process control.
  • Knowledge of CFR21 regulations.
  • Experience with FDA/GMP compliance.
  • Experience handling consumer complaints and negotiation techniques.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $10.00 - $11.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
