You And Your Job

Determining your squad’s purpose and translating this into product goals and priorities with a one-year focus is your key responsibility. As Product Manager of our DB2 teams, you work together closely with the Tech Lead, Solution Architect and the engineers to achieve these goals. You will lead backlog prioritization, manage dependencies, and engage stakeholders. 

We’re looking for applicants with experience in Agile ways of working, who have a strong passion for IT and improving engineering journeys. If you’re ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact—we’d love to meet you!

• Establish forward recovery: recovering from a hack with near-0 data-loss. 
• Automate our database administration (DBA) activities like: DDL deployment, re-orgs, automated health checks and alerting.
• Setting up DB2 DBA as center of expertise within the bank.

• 32-40 hours per week.

You And Your Talent

• Academic Degree

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Preferably in Dutch & English
• Experience initiating, managing and implementing products in an Agile squad, preferably as Product Owner 
• Knowledge of DB2 or general database setup is a plus
