Job Description

As a Retail Media Agency Lead, you will play a key role in the development of the groups new – industry leading RM proposition – Elevate, in its next key expansion area – extending our offering to partner with Media Agencies. Key requirements include:

  • Support the advancement and rollout of Elevate as we trial extending our offering to drive incremental growth together with key Media Agency partners
  • Be a key part of establishing Elevate’s Agency commercial terms; both with a key trial partner and with any broader X-Agency rollout
  • Establish strong Agency relationships; actively championing the Elevate offering with key Agency partners to ensure their continual focus and engagement
  • Work with key internal FG departments to ensure full operational rollout; notably through full data provision and addressable audience integration via data clean room solutions, relevant inventory access and ongoing servicing support
  • Define and maintain delivery of shared Elevate/Agency commercial goals; creating key Snr review forums and ensuring delivery of agreed action areas
  • Establish key Elevate / Agency WOW; ensuring timely access and delivery of core requirements whilst still overseeing continual Elevate revenue growth
  • You will work closely with our tech partner to develop the technical capabilities of our platform to refine our offering to ensure it’s optimising for Agency requirements.
  • Proactively highlight and address with core internal departments key incremental revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of both the RM and Media Agency landscape; notably of Media Agencies’ requirements and how best to optimise solutions for this
  • Strong Client Servicing + Media Agency / Management experience / expertise
  • Excellent understanding and experience of working across key instore, ecommerce and digital media channels
  • Strong experience of Customer data integration, ideally with experience of integrating 1st Party Data into key Clean Rooms/DSPs
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Hands-on experience with retail media platforms is preferred
  • Strong commercial abilities; confident in defining and working to FY Targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external presentations.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-evolving retail media landscape.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing brand partners or clients.
