Job Summary

SumnerOne is seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Leasing Administrator to support one of the most critical functions of our business: in-house leasing. This role ensures sales transactions move smoothly from credit approval to final documentation, enabling SumnerOne to keep leasing revenue in-house and provide faster, more reliable service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process lease orders and credit applications
  • Approve customers for lease agreements based on creditworthiness and requirements
  • Generate buyout requests, upgrade, and return authorizations; communicate results to internal teams
  • Audit lease documentation and invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain leasing portfolios and ensure accurate records
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales and administrative staff on lease-related questions

  • 60% Documentation & Compliance
  • 30% Internal Coordination
  • 10% Customer Interaction

Qualifications

  • Background in financial services preferred (banking, lending, loan officer)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn complex processes quickly
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required

Additional Information

  • Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
  • Hybrid Schedule After Training
  • Locations: Candidates must reside in St. Louis, MO. or Tulsa, OK.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment and drug screenings
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to perform the essential functions of this role
