🔍 What You’ll Do

• Supports Recruitment task , participate in  Assessment Center
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Support New hire onboard and collaborate with other related function
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
• Involve in Recruitment improvement process and projects
• Support HR activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, General Business Management or public relations.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva
• Passionate about recruitment and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
