Why You'Ll Love This Job
- This job is a member of the Customer Planning Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Responsible for working directly with operations leadership & various other departments to ensure the airports are provided with the passenger service and fleet service headcount required to achieve our performance and financial goals.
What You'Ll Do
- Leads and/or owns many of the day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects including providing support for other analysts
- Develops and maintains airport staffing models to analyze staffing requirements and work closely with Financial Planning & Controller groups to provide
- accurate headcount forecasts
- Identifies, analyzes and recommends solutions to airport manpower issues and build strategies to optimize staffing efficiencies
- Evaluates the financial and customer experience implications of strategic projects such as capital expenditures, contract proposals, process improvements, and technology changes as it relates to staffing
- Works closely with airport leadership to provide support and evaluate changes to staffing practices

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training

- Knowledge Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
