Our Spanish team consists of 20 people and is an integral part of our company’s EMEA presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.
As the Country Manager at RTB House, you will play a crucial role in designing the market strategy and driving revenue growth for the Spanish market.
You will be leading the office operations by orchestrating the following departments: Sales, Finance, AdOps, Supply, People, Marketing, Admin.
You Will:
- Have full responsibility for RTB House performance in the Spanish market;
- Implement both short-term and long-term market development strategy;
- Grant operational excellence;
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value;
- Establish sales objectives and project expected sales volume and profit within the managed territory;
- Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation;
- Build effective networks across business areas.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales or account management position working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in Spanish region;
- 5 years of proven management experience;
- Business network, used to present to C level executives.
- At least basic knowledge of retargeting and RTB model;
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets in Spanish market;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;
- ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
- Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy;
- Creative problem-solving skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- Spanish language is a must;
- fluency in English (C1 level).
