Job Description

Partnering & Strategy:

o Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future business priorities.

o Develop and define HR strategies and practices that contribute to business growth, efficiency, and productivity.

· Future-Ready Organization:

  • o Evaluate and drive productivity improvement initiatives through organizational effectiveness and design.
  • o Create future-ready organizational structures based on business strategy.
  • · Driver of Change & Culture:
  • o Lead and manage complex change and transformation programs, including M&A and new organizational integrations.

o Champion organizational culture by defining essential aspects and behavioral tenets, enhancing employee experience, and creating engagement plans.

· Talent Strategy:

o Develop a talent roadmap and implement interventions to ensure talent availability.

o Identify resourcing strategies and workforce mix, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

o Ensure succession planning for critical roles and create a skilled workforce.

· Capability Building:

o Identify capability gaps and learning needs, collaborating with the Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Excellence (CoE).

o Enable career journeys for mid-management and above.

· Facilitate Organization/Bu Priorities:

Job Information

  • o Support and deliver on central initiatives for the business unit (BU).
  • o Provide inputs and expertise on business and HR-specific nuances to project teams.
  • · Trusted Advisor to Leaders & Managers:
  • o Coach and consult leaders and managers on talent measures, compensation, performance, career, and engagement.
  • o Equip and empower people managers to manage basic processes and address queries and issues.

· Hr Process Excellence:

o Govern and review the continuous development of HR processes and service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

o Actively involve in budgeting and ownership of MPC budgets.

o Guide people partners in matters related to employee investigations, compliance, HR policies, and compensation.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: MBA/Master degree in Management from a premium Institute (Preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in HR domain, with at least 5-7 years in a strategic HRBP role

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience in managing complex change and transformation programs

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
