Associate, Global Partner Desk

We’re seeking highly analytical, passionate, and self-motivated individuals to join our Partner Desk team. “The Desk” is at the forefront of Wayfair’s supplier support, serving as the primary point of contact for our vast and growing supplier network (20K suppliers driving +$10BN in revenue). Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring suppliers have the support and tools they need to succeed, directly impacting Wayfair’s vast assortment and customer experience. As an Associate, you will be deeply embedded in the daily operations of E-commerce, working at the intersection of customers, suppliers, and technology!

What You'Ll

• Serve as the in-house expert for complex issues and escalations, ensuring efficient supplier support.
• Proactively investigate issues beyond standard procedures and collaborate with partners to drive resolutions.
• Analyze customer inquiry patterns to propose process enhancements and help build internal knowledge base.
• Participate in various projects to enhance customer experience, optimize automation, and contribute to team development.

What You'Ll Need

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, support, or account management. English fluency is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to advocate for solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with a persistent curiosity for investigating complex issues and identifying root causes.
• Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Multitasking efficiently is essential.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new processes.
