Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and client events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venues, vendors, and on-site support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, budgets, and reports.
  • Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and propose proactive solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused.
  • Competitive salary: $52,000 – $56,000 annually.
