Job Description

Valley Forge recently opened a new Food Hall and we are looking for the right candidate to manage the front of house operation of four new outlets.  Excellent guest service skills and team member engagement are necessary along with a passion for the food and beverage business.

• Responsible for the daily operations of all food outlets and to ensure full compliance with company standards, policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging. Directly oversees the individual outlet supervisors in their daily responsibilites and strategies.
• Ensure sprompt and courteous service to customers; resolves guest complaints in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Assists with budget goals and objectives and monitors financial aspects of the department.
• Represent the Food and Beverage Department in employee and vendor relations
• Other duties as requested

Qualifications

•  Three (3)years of restaurant management experience required.  Multi-outlet experience preferred.
•  Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in POS systems, Microsoft office
•  Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout shift.
•  Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 25 pounds.
•  Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
