About The Team

The Finance & Strategy team accelerates DoorDash’s growth by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve profitability, scalability, and the defensibility of our business model. As part of the International Finance & Strategy team, you’ll help bring clarity and insights across a diverse set of global markets, enabling better decisions that shape the future of our business.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our International Finance & Strategy team, focused on reporting and consolidation for DoorDash International. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across actuals, forecasts, and plans ensuring we provide a single source of truth for financial performance.

Your primary focus will be on managing reporting workflows, consolidating results across regions, and supporting planning cycles and business reviews. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your analytical and financial modeling skills where they add value  enhancing forecasts, refining metrics, or building tools to improve visibility. While this is not a dedicated modeling role, strong analytical capabilities are an important part of how we generate insights and continuously improve our processes.

You will report to the Director of Finance & Strategy within the International Finance & Strategy organization.

You’Re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

  • Own and improve recurring reporting and consolidation processes across international markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Support forecasting and planning cycles, providing visibility into risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Coordinate and prepare key deliverables for leadership, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with market finance teams, Accounting, and Corporate FP&A to reconcile results, refine metrics, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows, leveraging AI and other tools to increase efficiency and insight.
  • Contribute analytical and modeling skills where relevant — for example, enhancing forecasts or building tools that improve decision-making.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Strategy, Operations, and International leadership to accelerate execution.

We’Re Excited About You Because…

  • You have 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Consulting, or Investment Banking (experience in multinational or high-growth businesses a plus).
  • You have strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency is required, with experience in financial modeling strongly preferred.
  • You have experience with reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis, ideally across multiple regions or business units.
  • You are eager to apply AI tools and workflow optimization techniques to improve reporting and planning processes.
  • You proactively ask strategic questions and generate insights that go beyond the immediate analysis.
  • You are a clear communicator who can influence decision-making across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
