Product Execution Manager - AV Validation

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Execution Manager to join our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Validation group. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of validation projects that ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of our AV systems.

What Will Your Job Look Like:

• Lead end-to-end AV validation projects, from requirements definition through delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align validation activities with product milestones.
• Build and maintain the validation roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
• Translate product and safety requirements into clear validation plans and measurable KPIs.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with analytics teams to interpret validation results and generate actionable insights.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and present project updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

All You Need Is:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in project or product management within a technology or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
