Position Summary:

As a Senior Events Manager, you will support and elevate Netradyne’s event presence by planning, driving, and scaling impactful programs that deepen engagement with our industry and accelerate pipeline generation. 

This role owns and drives our experiential event strategy — positioning trade shows, conferences, and proprietary events as both revenue drivers and brand awareness vehicles. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, channel, insurance, and customer success teams to bring marketing goals to life through impactful event execution. Beyond logistics, you’ll serve as a company advocate and industry voice — researching and setting event participation strategy, securing and participating in speaking opportunities, engaging directly with attendees, and representing Netradyne as a trusted expert.

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend industry events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Netradyne’s GTM objectives. 
  • Develop and execute the annual event participation strategy, including ROI measurement, pipeline impact, and cross-functional alignment. 
  • Own multiple work streams for Netradyne’s user conference, including sponsorships, activations, and customer programming. 
  • Identify, pitch, and secure speaking opportunities at industry events and conferences. 
  • Partner with executives and subject matter experts to prepare presentations and represent Netradyne in thought leadership forums. 
  • Personally participate in speaking engagements to represent Netradyne as a credible industry expert. 
  • Serve as a trusted advocate, demonstrating expertise in fleet safety, AI, and transportation technology. 
  • Actively participate in Netradyne’s booth: engage traffic, answer questions, deliver live demos, and capture qualified leads. 
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and subject matter fluency. 
  • Ensure seamless lead capture, handoff, and follow-up with sales. 
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and demand generation to maximize pipeline impact from events. 
  • Foster communication across the marketing organization to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities. 
  • Own agency/vendor relationships for event production and execution. 
  • Build and manage event budgets, contracts, and expenses in partnership with legal and finance. 
  • Lead cross-functional kickoffs, establish planning cadences, manage on-site logistics, and drive post-event retrospectives. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, including leads, opportunities, and influenced revenue. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, and training. 

Years Of Experience

  • 5+ years in event marketing 

Knowledge

  • Advanced, wide-ranging experience in event marketing strategy and execution. 
  • Ability to design and measure event programs for pipeline, revenue, and brand impact. 
  • Experience producing conferences of various sizes (small- and large-scale), sponsorship management, and brand activations. 
  • Comfort developing experiential marketing strategies, defining success metrics, and leveraging insights to optimize future programs. 
  • Strong project management and production skills; detail-oriented, process-driven, and effective at managing multiple work streams simultaneously. 
  • Effective relationship builder with internal stakeholders and external partners, including event production agencies. 
  • Experience managing project budgets up to $2M. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, prospects, and industry leaders as a credible advocate and speaker. 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
