Job Description

As part of our Corporate Affairs team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our Retail division engages with its employees. What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development and delivery of a global employee communications strategy for Retail
- Curating and creating engaging content across newsletters, articles, videos and events
- Designing and delivering hybrid and virtual Town Halls and evaluating their impact
- Partnering with senior leaders to shape and execute communications plans
- Defining and implementing change communications that support transformation goals
- Collaborating across Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Enhancing planning, measurement and editorial processes within the communications function
- Ensuring all communications meet regulatory standards and support good customer outcomes
Qualifications
Who We’Re Looking For:
- Significant experience in employee and change communications within complex organisations
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing at a strategic level
- Knowledge of internal event design and delivery, including virtual formats
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and commitment to clear, fair communication
