Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure patient experience and satisfaction are top priorities.
  • Respond to and investigate patient complaints or inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate staff or department when necessary.
  • Coordinate with relevant individuals or departments to minimize or resolve service delays.
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to patients and their families throughout the service process.
  • Support administrative and operational activities related to patient services.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, service standards, and service excellence guidelines.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or aviation industry, particularly as Front Office or Customer Service staff.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Coordinate with relevant individuals or departments to minimize or resolve service delays.
