The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $18.00/hr + 15% retail commission. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Collection.

Job Description

Join our team as a Spa Concierge. You will be responsible for creating Spa experiences for our guests, providing recommendations for Spa services, Experiences and Wellness activities with the highest standards of professionalism, creating a warm, relaxing and healing environment, ensuring that the guest experience exceeds expectations. .

  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests and strive to provide exceptional service.
  • Be able to communicate professionally and effectively in the languages ​​used in the Spa.
  • Know perfectly all the treatments currently offered in the Spa Services Charter and any promotions or offers at any given time.
  • Thoroughly understand the product lines used in the Spa for retail and professional use and be fully capable of providing our clients with guidance and recommendations on products that benefit retail sales.
  • Process all spa service reservations from pre-arrival contact and reservation to final room collection and perform other administrative tasks and reports as required.
  • Manage daily bookings ensuring that the workload is distributed equally between massage therapists according to the balance.
  • Ensure that Therapists are fully aware of any special indications or contraindications so that the Spa service is tailored to the specific needs of our guests as described in their medical consultation form.
  • Ensure all customer comments and opinions are communicated to Spa Management for prompt follow-up.
  • Look after assigned treatment areas and rooms and ensure they are prepared to the specific standard and keep them clean and tidy at all times.
  • Keep the Spa Boutique clean and tidy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience preferably, in a high-level Spa or luxury hotel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application de Spa 
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on the needs of the department.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
